2. checks Cleanliness of Lobby and Mall Reception as Well as Front Office Staff in Proper and Orderly Appearance and Behavior
3. receive, Direct and Relay Telephone Messages
4. responding to Incoming and Outgoing Calls
5. operates the Front Office Computer System in Order to Assist Front Office Attendants.
6. maintaining Stationary and Attendance Registers
7. handles Guest Complaints and other Related Problems and Reports It On Time
8. answers Guests Inquires, Handles Complaints and Attend to the Needs of the Guests
9. attending Queries and Escalating It to Concerned Department
10. co-ordinates with all Departments Concerned in Order to Maintain G++ Functions Properly.
11. taking Care of all the Correspondence
12. maintaining all G++ Data and Documents
13. prepares Duty Roster for all Front Desk Staff
• must Be Able to Communicate in English Writing and Speaking and other Languages are Advantages.
• good Personality and Charming is Important to Be the Personnel to Represent Himself On Behalf of Mall.
