Job Description

• To handle front of Office as a Receptionist
• To handle and efficiently manage incoming and outgoing calls and correspondence.
• Responding the telephonic call and carry out the conversations politely and timely manner.
• Handle Couriers, Co-ordinate with Clients & vendors etc
• Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests
• To maintain the record of all the official Contacts
• Maintaining data management of all official documents, filing, record keeping and other Administrative function.
• Maintain Attendance & leave records for employees
• To work with HR and Accounts to assist in day today Admin Works
• Maintaining of Stock Registers (First aid, Stationery, etc.)

Education: Any Graduate - Any Specialization)

Desired Candidate:

• Female, Well-groomed and a pleasant personality
• Staying in Mumbai (Western Line).
• Minimum Graduate in any field with good command on English both in written and spoken.
• Energetic and Enthusiastic about learning and executing tasks efficiently
• Should possess good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
• Good knowledge of Computer software like MS office, internet & emails etc.
